Dear Joan and Michael,

I am writing to tell you both how happy we are with our new air conditioning split system that you installed last month. I can’t tell you how much more livable our house has become on these last sticky days of summer.

You were both so efficient and courteous as well as your installers, who helped make our air conditioning happen in only two days of work. We are also happy with the fact that we can choose when and where to cool various parts of our house without having all air handlers going at once. This is a savings in energy dollars for us. We are also looking forward to seeing how the system can work to warm a room come fall, before turning on the central heating.

Thank you so much for making our house a “cocoon” of fresh air!
